22nd Assembly: Shaken by the Wind

Some basic information to know before you register:
Members of diaconal organizations
$950 - double occupancy and meals
$1350 - single room and meals
$800 - young adults up to 30 years of age - double room plus meals  

Non-members, family, guests:
$1100 - double room and meals
$1475 – single room and meals

Per Day:
$75 – program only per day. No meals, no room. You may purchase food on-site.
$70 – one night, double room

Pre-Post rooms:
$85 – double room before or after assembly
$150 - single room before or after assembly

Early registration ends March 15, 2017. You may register after that date, but you will need to pay a $50 late registration fee.

Transportation to/from airport is included. Watch for DIAKONIA greeters.

Parking at Loyola is available. Parking for full time registrants for 7 days is included in the Assembly fee. Staying Longer? Cost is $7 per day. Part time participants may park for $7 per day. The parking lot is across the street from Regis Hall, where we will register and sleep.

Parking is easy at Loyola.  It is a very short walk from the parking structure (with elevators) to Regis Hall for registration and dorm rooms.

Staying in the dorm?  Park first.  Bring your bags.  There is NOT room to unload in front of Regis Hall.

Your dorm key card is your parking pass for the week.  Scan it as you exit the parking lot.  It has in/out privileges.  You’ll get your dorm key when you register in Regis Hall.

Coming for the day?  Pay your own parking, $7, via payment machines on each parking level.  The machines take credit cards and cash bills. You’ll then get a ticket to scan as you leave the parking structure.  No in/out privileges.

Coming by CTA?  The Red Line and the bus stop are across the street from Loyola.  It could take 8-10 minutes to walk to Regis Hall with your luggage.

Volunteers will be watching for you – and can even help with luggage.  Enjoy the journey.

There are three payment options for your Assembly registration:

1) All Assembly registrants can pay via their bank’s wire transfer service to DOTAC’s account at the Bank of America. Note that the Bank of America will charge an additional $15 processing fee to our account for the wire transfer, which is included in your final fee from registration. Your bank may also charge a processing fee. Please check the wire transfer fee of $15 if you plan to pay via wire transfer. The fee only needs to be paid once per transaction so if you are paying for several people then you only need to pay the fee once. Thank you!

2) All Assembly registrants can use DOTAC’s secure payment site to transfer their payment. At the web site, you will need to set up a secure password-protected account. You then have two options for payment: 
a) You can pay via electronic funds transfer (EFT), by which you authorize a withdrawal
    from your bank account.
b) You can use your credit card to pay. 
     ~ There is a fee of 2.25% to use your credit card. On the web site, check the option
         to charge this fee to your credit card. 

3) Assembly registrants from the United States or Canada can also pay by personal check. There is no fee to do this this, but payment MUST be in US Dollars.
